Lilly has been obsessed with salt for as long as shecan remember. In 2018, she discovered dozens of colorful, flavorful, all natural salts at a market in Paris. This inspired me to bring incredible salt to salt lovers everywhere.

She literally spent years hauling buckets of water to her kitchen to create her signature flaky sea salt.  They will always create incredible salt + seasoning blends with passion, diligence and a commitment to sustainability, beauty, flavor + purity.
