Join us Sunday, April 18 at 2pm for wine, salt, bread and a virtual presentation that will allow you to think differently about Wine and Food pairing. Our April bundle includes the following and will be available for pick-up at The Drawing Room, 36 N. Water St. on Saturday, April 17 from 11am to 2pm.

Here's the scoop from Corey on what we'll learn: 

The light at the end of the tunnel is nearing. We will be able to break bread and sip wine with our people, safely, soon. This puts us in an incredibly unique vista from which to plan our food and wine moments, yes? With so much absence, the theater of the dinner table will be doing a lot of heavy lifting, better lifting now that we’ve had so much time to prepare, to imagine, what these first dinners will be, together. At least this is what I’ve been thinking. From my constant exploration of the language we use to how science informs our experience both in the kitchen and the dinner table and then some, I approach this age old chestnut -- wine and what to pair it with -- transformed. Join me as we deconstruct the familiar anew for a highly enjoyable thirty-minutes, which I, along with Anthi and Liz, will field questions throughout and end with a short discussion. Sip on Westport Rivers’ Chardonnay, nibble on boule, and let your mind finally go “there” as we plan for the next wine dinner.
