02130 Copper Kölsch - 4.3% ABV

A beer as eccentric as its namesake zip code. Cold fermented like a German Kolsch, Bittered like an amber lager, lightly dry hopped like the little sibling of a New England IPA, and malty like a pale ale, but somehow still maintains an individual character.

Tasting Notes: Malted milk ball, apple (think more red delicious versus green apple), toast...almost buttered, and not-as-sweet-Werther’s Originals
