Behind the Scenes of our Museum Installations

During the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we were honored to work on pop-up installations at The New Bedford Art Museum for their annual holiday party fundraiser. They’ll remain on display through December 12th, the next AHA! Night.

Interested in the paint, wallpaper and art we used in these installations? We've collected them in one spot on our website so you can take a closer look.

Plus, here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at the project.

The Blank Slate

Natural Accents
Westport Rivers Vineyard & Winery provided freshly cut grapevine canes - and helped us transport them to the museum.

"Home for the Holidays"

If you’ve been to our shop our “Home for the Holidays” installation might look familiar. It’s a miniature replica of entrance to The Drawing Room.

The artwork is Tree Swallow by Brenda Wrigley Scott, from a private collection.

The tree is a small-scale showcase for The Drawing Room’s artists. Kathryn Bruce, Casey Gunschel, Michele Poirier-Mozzone, Colby Smith, Dannie Engwert, Sandi Montour, Bobby Baker, Deb McCarty, Deborah Goldhaft, Amy Thurber, Craig Crawford, Phyllis Adams, and Janice Card all created ornaments for this installation.

Paint & Paper
