WARNING

2022 Lugana - 100% Turbiana from the clay rich soils of the Lombardy side of Lake Garda. This Lugana is more of a throwback to the terroir driven styles of decades past, with the light amount of skin contact that it sees. A few days of skin contact allow for a more structured expression on the pallet without having the bitter spice aromatics that can come out with prolonged skin contact.

For production the grapes are organically farmed with native yeast fermentation in stainless steel.Aging is in stainless steel as well with about 4 months spent on the lees. The wine is bottled with out fining or filtration.
